About Us:

We are an Australian owned and operated business committed to providing quality machinery and equipment to our customers at an affordable price, using only quality sourced parts like our Japanese gearboxes used in our mini dumpers through to brand known engines such as Briggs and Stratton, Honda, and Kubota.

With COVID-19 effecting many businesses  including our own, we  have moved our business over to 100% online based! In doing so we have been able to continue to offer low competitive prices without passing on the cost to our customers.

Delivery: 

 

As our products are bulky and often quite heavy, we use a number of bulk carriers to  delivery our products Australia wide. Most of the time we can have your item delivered to your door, but with larger items, a forklift maybe required at the delivery address.  If this is not possible, we also have numerous drop off depots located in each state/territory.

Delivery Timeframe: 

Metro Areas: 1-5 Business Days 

Regional : 2-6 Business Days

Pickup: 

Pickups are now available from Yanderra NSW, please select "Yanderra Pickup" under the shipping options, You will be contacted once your order is ready for pickup in most cases this is usually within a few hours of placing your order.

Warranty/Refunds :

All of our products come with a 12-month part's warranty.  In the event there is a fault, please contact our customer support team, so we can rectify the issues promptly as we carry a range of spare parts for our machines.

We do not provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.

This is when the item:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it

  • Is unsafe

  • Is significantly different from the sample or description 

  • Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for, and can’t be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item, and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time, you can choose a refund or replacement.
